About the event
Cheese and Charcuterie trays are all the rage! Step up your tray for the new year! Put your own stamp on your tray and make it stand out!! You will make a preserve, olive, cracker and meat dish. The first class you will make your pieces. On the second class you will glaze your piece along with talking about what to put on your tray, how to arrange your tray and where to buy items for your tray. I will also have a tray made for you to view and also nibble on.
Please note: This is a 2 day event. Sunday December 20th & December 27th.
